福岡｜特別展「卑弥呼の鏡―三角縁神獣鏡がヤマト王権をつくった―」2026年10月31日～2027年1月11日開催
九州国立博物館は、特別展「卑弥呼の鏡―三角縁神獣鏡がヤマト王権をつくった―」を2026年10月31日（土）から2027年1月11日（月・祝）まで開催する。卑弥呼に与えられたとされる「銅鏡百枚」と三角縁神獣鏡をテーマに、ヤマト王権成立との関わりを最新の研究成果とともに紹介する。
会期に先立ち開催された記者発表会には、九州国立博物館20周年応援大使を務める福岡県出身のミュージカル俳優・井上芳雄さんが登壇。自身の地元近くから三角縁神獣鏡が出土していることに驚きと喜びを語るとともに、「挑戦的な展示だが、その先には深く広い世界が待っている」と本展への期待を寄せた。
会場では、三角縁神獣鏡を中心に、卑弥呼からヤマト王権へとつながる古代史の流れをたどる展示を展開。鏡に込められた権威や文化交流の歴史を、多数の資料とともに紹介する。

Event Summary for International Visitors
The Kyushu National Museum will present the special exhibition “Himiko’s Mirrors – Sankakubuchi Shinjukyo and the Birth of the Yamato Kingdom” from October 31, 2026, to January 11, 2027. Featuring ancient bronze mirrors and the latest archaeological research, the exhibition explores the relationship between Queen Himiko, the famous triangular-rimmed mirrors, and the formation of the early Yamato state.
