佐賀｜トップシェフ3人が集う一夜限りの美食イベント「calming restaurant 3rd ～夏祭り～ 2026」7月27日開催
佐賀県嬉野市の和多屋別荘で、トップシェフ3名による一夜限りのダイニングイベント「calming restaurant 3rd ～夏祭り～ 2026」が2026年7月27日（月）に開催される。福岡を代表する料理人たちがジャンルを超えて共創する特別コースを提供し、料理や器、お茶、空間までを一つの体験として楽しめる美食イベントとなる。
「calming restaurant」は、料理人が地域の食材や文化と向き合い、その日限りのコースを創り上げる食のプロジェクト。1300年の歴史を持つ嬉野温泉や、うれしの茶、肥前吉田焼など、地域の文化資源を生かした一期一会のダイニング体験を楽しめる。
今回は、福岡のフレンチレストラン「Goh」の福山剛氏、日本料理店「藁焼 みかん」の末安拓郎氏、フレンチレストラン「TADASHI」の中村正氏が出演。それぞれの感性を融合させた一夜限りの特別コースが提供される。
