佐賀｜視覚をテーマにした無人ホテル「KANSEI null 佐賀」が12月20日開業

無人ホテル「KANSEI null 佐賀」が、12月20日に佐賀駅前エリアで開業する。「KANSEI null 佐賀」は、40年以上にわたり地域に親しまれてきた「ビジネスホテル一条」の建物と記憶を受け継ぎながら、外観やアート、アンティーク家具を活かして再構築。

レンガ造りの外観や歴史あるディテールに、1960年代ヨーロッパのホテル文化を重ね合わせ、ホテル全体に物語性を持たせた空間へとリブランディングしている。

客室ごとに壁紙や色彩、照明を変え、世界各地の都市の記憶とリンクさせた設えを施した。廊下や階段はギャラリーのような静けさを意識し、光と影、額縁の配置によって、思わず足を止めたくなる視覚体験を演出している。あえて無人ホテル形式を採用することで、誰にも干渉されず、自分のペースで過ごせる滞在環境を整えた。

本施設が目指すのは、単に美しいものを見せることではなく、視覚を“癒しの入口”として再認識する体験。情報過多な日常から距離を置き、「何を見るか」を自分自身で選び取る時間を通して、懐かしさや安らぎ、驚きといった感情に気づく余白を提供する。
